In my darkest hour, I saw light
In hopelessness, I felt your smile
In despair, I felt your love

From above, you guide me home
But it’s too soon
I must wait, my purpose not complete

But still I want to leave
No more can I go on
Set me free; pain let me be

I fight on; battered and bruised
You see my wounds; dark and ugly
You show me beauty, color, peace and joy

One more day
Keep fighting
I see the light, purpose driven

Semicolon permanently on my wrist
No stop; no end
But continue on…
"The feelings on hopelessness relieved through spiritual guidance."
