Coping with everyday stress is sometimes difficult, and not all minds are able to emotionally control the negative effects of stress. I hope to represent, in my art, a reminder to take the time to pause, breathe, walk-away from stress, and re-start with a clearer mind. This practice, I hope, will help us adapt a new way to cope to adversities in our life and spring us back to self-care, tranquility, and peace of mind. Resilience.
