Untitled

"Untitled" is an expression of the effort to pull together a whole from disparate pieces. I've found that a holistic approach to mental health, viewing it as part of a broader system of biological, psychological, and spiritual experiences, has really helped me in understanding my wants and needs. Like a reverse prism, these aspects all come together to create a life.
